Giga What? Computers Service Technician's are trained and certified in many different areas of Information Technology to ensure someone will be able to help you with your specific needs. Service techs solve problems with software packages, Internet resources, computer viruses, and help diagnose configuration or operational problems with PC’s. If the customer's issue is not resolved, then a loaner PC will be provided.

Loaner Computer Policy

Giga What? Computers LLC has a limited number of loaner computers available when personal computers are being repaired by one of our techs. Loaner PC’s are available after a customer’s computer has been deemed unable to repair immediately; this is usually caused by a hardware malfunction. What this means that if a service tech is unable to repair the PC in the first visit, arrangements will be made for a loaner PC to be used until the customer's PC is repaired.

Once the customer's PC has been repaired and delivered by Giga What? Computers LLC, the loaner computer will be checked to make sure it is functional. The loaner PC disk drive will then be completely cleaned for any data and a new Operating System will be loaded for the next customer.
